Processing time — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Since every piece is produced through one of our overseas manufacturing partners, please allow additional time during high-demand periods.
Shipping time — Standard shipping typically takes 2–4 weeks from the time your order ships, depending on your location.
Tracking — You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs and import fees — International orders may be subject to duties or import taxes charged by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.
